Booking Info

Please fill out the inquiry form to begin the process of booking an appointment. Inquiries are typically processed every Friday . If you do not get a response within a week , please double check contact information to ensure a reply.

Designs are typically drawn 2-3 days prior to the appointment but drawings are not sent for approval. Changes can be made the day of appointment, should they be needed.

Appointment Process

  1. After the initial consultation, appointment options will be given

  2. Once date has been chosen, a non-refundable deposit will be required

  3. Appointments are scheduled only after deposit was received, followed by a confirmation

  4. Design will be drawn based on information received during the initial consultation so be as descriptive as possible and be sure to send references

  5. Appropriate changes will be made the day of the appointment if requested

Deposit

-$100 non-refundable

-Credited to final price of tattoo

-Honored for up to a year from deposit date if reschedule/cancellation is made 24 hours before scheduled appointment

-No-shows or cancellations within 24 hour period will forfeit deposit

-Deposits can be

  • Cash (in person at Rockstar Tattoo Las Vegas)

  • Venmo (@rafatheartist)

  • Cash App ($rafatheartist)

  • PayPal (@rafatheartist)

  • Zelle (rafatheartist@hotmail.com)

For commission work, send your idea along with references of similar work. Prices are based on size, medium and shipping details

  • 50% non-refundable deposit is due before I can work on the project
